General Terms and Conditions of WE Hotel EXPO Prague a.s.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

1.1.<\/b> These General Terms and Conditions govern the terms of hotel reservations made with WE Hotel EXPO Prague a.s.<\/p>\n

1.2.<\/b> By making a reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions stated below.<\/p>\n

1.3.<\/b> WE Hotel EXPO Prague a.s. is registered at Na Struze 227\/1, Nov\u00e9 M\u011bsto, 110 00 Prague, Czech Republic.<\/p>\n

1.4.<\/b> By making a reservation through the official website of WE Hotel EXPO Prague a.s., you enter into a direct and legally binding contractual relationship with the hotel. By doing so, you confirm that you are legally competent, accept full responsibility for all payments made in your name or using your credit\/debit card, and declare that all information provided is true and accurate.<\/p>\n

1.5.<\/b> Your reservation with WE Hotel EXPO Prague a.s. becomes binding only after it is confirmed by the hotel or the hotel\u2019s sales department and once the deposit invoice is paid or a valid credit\/debit card guarantee is provided for the booking.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2. Types of Reservations<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n

2.1.<\/b> Two types of reservations are available:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. a)<\/b> Standard reservation<\/b> \u2013 allows free cancellation up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival.
    \n<\/b><\/li>\n
  2. b)<\/b> Non-refundable reservation<\/b> \u2013 a discounted rate that does not allow for cancellation or refund of any kind.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2.2.<\/b> Standard reservations with a cancellation option may be modified or cancelled according to the valid cancellation policy, which may vary depending on the chosen stay dates.<\/p>\n

    2.3.<\/b> Non-refundable reservations may be modified or cancelled, but no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. These bookings are priced at a discount compared to standard reservations and require immediate payment via credit or debit card at the time of booking.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    3. Creating an Online Reservation<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n

    3.1.<\/b> To make an online reservation via the WE Hotel EXPO Prague a.s. website, you must complete the reservation form with all required information \u2013 stay dates, number of guests, number of rooms, and any applicable discount code \u2013 and then click the \u201cRESERVE AND PAY\u201d button.<\/p>\n

    Payment options include:<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. a)<\/b> Standard reservation<\/b> \u2013 payment is made at the hotel reception. Credit\/debit card details are required solely as a guarantee. Once the reservation is submitted and confirmed, you will receive an email with full reservation details.<\/li>\n
    2. b)<\/b> Non-refundable reservation<\/b> \u2013 this discounted option requires immediate payment via your credit or debit card and does not allow cancellations or refunds.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      3.2.<\/b> If you choose immediate payment by credit\/debit card, the amount will be charged after your booking is received. If a third party is making the payment and the guest will not have the card physically at check-in, please contact the hotel reception via email to receive a secure payment link.<\/p>\n

      3.3.<\/b> Upon successful payment authorization, you will receive a confirmation email containing the reservation summary and invoice. If you do not receive this confirmation or have any questions, please contact the hotel reception by email.<\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      4. Reservation Changes<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n

      4.1.<\/b> Any reservation changes (e.g., name, dates, room type) must be submitted in writing via email to the hotel reception. Contact details can be found on the official website. You will receive written confirmation of any approved changes. If your request cannot be accommodated, you will be informed accordingly.<\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      5. Pricing<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n

      5.1.<\/b> Payments by credit or debit card can be made in CZK.<\/p>\n

      5.2.<\/b> Exchange rates are determined daily based on rates from the Czech National Bank. The exchange rate and the total amount charged in CZK will be specified on the invoice attached to your confirmation email.<\/p>\n

      6. Payment Terms<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n

      6.1.<\/b> The payment method depends on the type of reservation. Specific payment terms are always displayed in the booking form during the reservation process.<\/p>\n

      6.2.<\/b> For standard reservations with free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival, payment is made at the hotel reception. However, a valid credit or debit card number and expiration date are required to guarantee the reservation.<\/p>\n

      6.3.<\/b> For non-refundable bookings, immediate payment via credit or debit card is required at the time of reservation.<\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      7. Cancellation Policy<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n

      7.1.<\/b> By making a reservation, you agree to the applicable cancellation terms, including charges for no-shows or late cancellations.<\/p>\n

      7.2.<\/b> Any cancellation or modification must be submitted in writing via email to the hotel reception. Your request will be acknowledged in writing. The cancellation confirmation will include any applicable cancellation fees based on the valid policy.<\/p>\n

      7.3.<\/b> For standard reservations with free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival and payment at the reception, no cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled no later than 18:00 three days before arrival. Cancellations after this deadline or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost of accommodation and any additional ordered services.<\/p>\n

      7.4.<\/b> For non-refundable reservations paid on the day of booking, any change, cancellation, or no-show will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount.<\/p>\n

      • Cancellation 1\u20133 days before arrival \u2013 100% of the total booking amount<\/li>\n
      • No-show \u2013 100% of the total booking amount<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

         <\/p>\n

        8. Complaints and Compensation<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n

        8.1.<\/b> If you have any concerns regarding accommodation or service quality, we recommend addressing them directly with the hotel reception or management on-site to allow for immediate resolution.<\/p>\n

        8.2.<\/b> If the issue cannot be resolved during your stay, you may submit a written complaint to info@we-hotels.com<\/b> within 10 business days after your departure. Your complaint will be reviewed, and any compensation will be proposed in accordance with applicable legal regulations.<\/p>\n

         <\/p>\n

        9. Final Provisions<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n

        WE Hotel EXPO Prague a.s. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We therefore recommend reviewing the latest version of the Terms and Conditions before each reservation to ensure you are informed of any changes.<\/p>\n
